What’s your return policy?

Return any of our products--no questions asked--within 30 days of purchase. We even pay return shipping.


Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.


Do you have customer service?

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to answer your questions 24/7/365.

Whats the deal with shipping

A.

We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. It can get a bit confusing, that's why we've made these tables to help you out.

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Are Spit Klub items made in the U.S.?

A.

All shirts are 100% made in America. All use 100% American-grown cotton. No shirts are assembled outside of the U.S. to keep costs down (they are assembled in the Americas). All are designed, printed, packaged and shipped from our headquarters filled with ex-rappers.

Can I use more than one coupon on my order?

Freedom isn’t free! Our systems only allow one coupon per purchase.

Will you be getting ______ back in stock?

A.

We release new products all the time; sometimes that means that older designs are recycled to make room for our newest designs. Any items no longer on the site are out of production. We advise you to fill out a hurt feelings report, and standby for your next favorite shirt to appear.

How will you ship my order? How long does will it take to receive it?

A.

Times: We ship all complete orders as quickly as possible. Please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, contact Customer Service for help in choosing the right shipping method to get it there on time!

Rates: flat rates offered and various USPS priority shipping methods offered at checkout, expedited based on weight.
